Kingdom Stays is always free for owners/operators
There are never any fees for property owners/operators when ​a reservation is confirmed. The full amount a property owner lists their property at is the full amount they receive during the time a reservation is confirmed. When fully screened corporations, companies, traveling professionals, or qualified leaseholders book, they are quoted a 9% booking fee in addition to your price to ensure all software and operation costs are covered to maintain a great experience for both entities involved.
Kingdom Stays is compatible with your existing platforms
When a property's calendar is enabled as a featured property, an ICalendar link to our internal system is provided for this listing so you can sync the Kingdom Stays calendar with any other platforms that have calendar syncing enabled such as Airbnb, Furnished Finder, VRBO, Google Calendar, and more. Because maintaining an updated calendar is important, we can also sync one ICalendar link to your Kingdom Stays calendar.

Each leaseholder undergoes an identity verification.

Each leaseholder signs a rental contract agreeing to abide by Kingdom Stays and listing-specific house rules.

Each leaseholder must pay their first month's rent plus a refundable deposit.

Additional comprehensive screening:
Must represent a company reserving for a client, employee, or contractor and provide a letter of guarantee, letter of responsibility, or equivalent for the accommodation.
OR
Must be a traveling professional, traveling intern, traveling medical professional, in a traveling student program, or for other travel-related reasons and pay a refundable deposit (equal to 33% of the first month) or undergo the comprehensive background and soft credit check screening.
OR
Must be traveling for qualified reasons and be willing to undergo the following steps after securing housing:​​ Complete secure identity verification, background check, eviction background check, and soft credit check as well as pay the refundable deposit (equal to 33% of the first month).
