Parking:

There are 2 cars can park on the street in front of the house (Only 2 cars allowed to park in front of the house), 2 parking spots in the garage and additional 2 parking spots in the driveway.

The large dining table which seats 6-8 people is located right off the kitchen and is the perfect place to sit down for a home-cooked meal.

Kitchen:

Large pantry, Granite countertops, Tons of cabinets, Full-size stainless steel appliances (microwave, oven, stove, Samsung Brand New refrigerator and freezer), Toaster, coffee maker and Pods. Master Bedroom - King Size memoryfoam bed, waterproof mattress protector, 50" Smart TV, 2 Table Lamps. Connect to a private big bathroom with a closet.

Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen beds, waterproof mattress protector, 50" Smart TV, 1 Table Lamps, walk-in closet. Connect to a bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - Full and twin bulk bed, 1 twin bed, waterproof mattress protector, walk-in closet.

Bathroom 1 - Can be accessed from the Master bedroom, has a separate huge glass shower booth.

Bathroom 2 - Can be accessed from 2nd bedroom and hallway, has a combination of bathtub and shower.

Freshly laundered towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Makeup Towels, Makeup Removers, Toilet Paper, Hairdryer, and other toiletry items provided for your enjoyment.

Pool:

Please note that we do have a pool without a fence on the property. By booking our property, you agree that we are not liable for any incidents that might happen in regards to the pool. If anything should happen, we do not hold responsibility for damages.

The front door is operated by our secure, unique code lock that provides each of our guests with their own unique code that is only active during their stay.

One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email/message that walks you through the process.

We are close to the Las Colinas business center and Toyota Music Center, campion trails, and canals. There is a great park within walking distance, and they have a great play area (with play ground equipment for toddlers and a separate section for bigger kids as well). In addition, there are some nice walking/hiking/biking trails close by. And we have shopping close by. There are tons of grocery stores and restaurants within 3 miles! Great BBQ, Italian, Indian, Sandwiches, Steak, Greek, Asian, Bagels, Mexican, Pizza, and much much much more!
